Mission Statement

Thriving Birthworkers of North Carolina invests in birthworkers committed to the underserved and under-resourced families of North Carolina, by programming that addresses personal wellbeing and career sustainability.

Vision Statement
We are dreaming of a North Carolina where birthworkers thrive in a network of care and reciprocity. In this future, those who tend to the birthing and birthed are rested and rooted in abundance. We are weaving an ecosystem that honors endurance over exhaustion and collaboration over isolation. By nurturing the nurturers and building structures for accountable wellbeing, Thriving Birthworkers of North Carolina is seeding a movement where EVERY family flourishes, and health equity is not an aspiration but our collective reality.
